1. Can I hire you to work on my property or consult with me on a project?

   In between shooting various shows, writing for national publications, and running a real estate coaching company, I am unavailable to take on any individual projects.

6. What is the name of the insulation you always use, and where can I purchase it?

   My insulation of choice is called Roxul. It is a stone-based insulation, which is fire resistant, water repellent, and sound absorbent. Plus, it actually saves energy. Visit Roxul's website for a full list of where to purchase.

7. What software program do you use to draft your floor plans on the show?

   All of our original floor plans and layouts are created using AutoCAD. For each episode, our plans are animated by a graphics company who works in partnership with our production company.

9. Have you been on any other shows, aside from Income Property?

   I’ve been lucky to appear in several other HGTV programs, such as Debbie Travis’ Facelift, From the Ground Up, Holiday Battle on the Block, All American Handyman and Canada’s Handyman Challenge.
