With the success of Income Property, McGillivray, alongside longtime colleague, Kit Redmond, established SKIT Inc; a company solely devoted to the development of the Scott McGillivray brand. With the birth of SKIT, the savvy McGillivray officially forayed into the world of producing, currently serving as an Executive Producer of Income Property.
